Returns Policy:

Our no quibble guarantee means that if you are not happy with any item within 15 days of receipt, provided it is returned in original, unused condition, we will arrange collection and refund you, less the cost of return carriage.

If you decide to return any item, you will need to notify us within 15 days of receiving it. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Once this has been received and provided that it is in perfect, unused condition, complete with all labels attached and any instruction manuals, we will refund your payment (please allow up to 2-3 working days).

Please note that any costs incurred returning unwanted items to us are at your expense unless the return is a result of our error. Please email thebabybarn@hotmail.co.uk or call us on 01562 711247 before returning any item, stating your reason for return.
